Trust and safety
The path the money takes and the place where people meet both have their rules written down.
01Money
Entry fees are handled by the payment gateway and never pass through the app. Prizes and refunds are not sent by the app either: the screen keeps the settlement record, and the organizer transfers the money themselves.
- Entry fees for skill-based competitions the players themselves play in become the prize money
- The app operator holds no funds at any point, and payments run through an external payment gateway (Toss Payments)
- There is no feature for staking money on a result
02Reporting and blocking
Players, listings, leagues, teams and reviews can be reported. Pick a reason and write what happened in up to 500 characters.
- Blocking hides both sides' posts and profiles from each other
- A suspended account is stopped at sign-in
- Every field that takes text, down to names, bios and listings, runs through a banned-word filter
03Consent and leaving
The required consent items can be reopened and read at any time. The only one you switch on and off is marketing messages, and the date you consented stays on record.
- Leaving takes two steps, and a deleted account and its data cannot be brought back
- Settings also holds the block list and the hand-over codes
04Age and manner
A league with an entry fee checks that you are 19 or older before payment. If a guest applicant has a low manner rating, a warning comes up before you accept.
